5-Day Return Policy
Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please submit a return request within 48 hours along with A 360-degree opening/unboxing video of receiving package.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions.
Acceptable Reasons for Return:
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
· The product is defective or damaged. We accept returns in case the product you receive is not in its intended condition, is damaged or missing parts.
· You received the wrong item.
· There is a sizing issue (only for size-based products).
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reasons
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received – unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- A full 360- degree unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for all return requests. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from all angles, without any cuts or edits. No requests will be accepted without this video.
- You’ll also need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or invoice).
Ensure to include your Order ID. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund process and arrange a pickup of your order.
Returns are typically received and inspected within 7–10 business days. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping cost, courier charges for the reverse pick-up or gift-wrapping charges) or a store credit voucher in the form of Gift Cards, valid for future purchases. COD order refunds require bank details.
Refunds Not Applicable: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
· Request made after 48 hours of delivery
· Product returned is used, damaged by customer, or not in original packaging
· No unboxing video provided
· For reasons like "changed my mind"
- Certain products, including personal care items, cosmetics, and underwear, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product page for specific exclusions.
Please note, courier charges will be applicable on the reverse pickup in case you choose to return the item. Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.
A customer will be permanently banned from the website, if he/she places an order on Cash on Delivery and later rejects it when it arrives
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty, hygiene, or grooming products)
- Any item returned without an unboxing video
- Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Gift Cards

Items that are personalized or delivered digitally are not eligible for refund.

Steps for Return:
- To start a return or exchange, please contact us at kartnirosha@gmail.com. With reason and a full 360-degree unboxing Video showing the issue within 48 Hrs.
- If your return request is approved and is eligible for return, we will provide you the detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. we will send our pickup partner to collect the product and verify that it is present and in acceptable condition
- Customer should bear the shipping cost to return to our address. Please remember that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior approval.
- Once we received the packet, a quality checked will be done by our team. After passing the quality check only your amount will be refunded.
- Amount will be refunded on original payment method (that you used at time of placing order), If you have use COD option, then UPI or bank transfer will be done within 3 days.
Please Note: If any product is not passed in quality check due to any tampering or anything, It will not come in Return or exchange criteria.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — such returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
